2 PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame C Field SCR Module

What You Need to Do

The Field SCR module is located below the Field Snubber circuit board in

the upper left corner of the drive chassis, next to the Pulse Transformer

circuit board.

To install the Field SCR module:

❐ Step 1: Remove power from the drive

❐ Step 2: Remove the protective covers

❐ Step 3: Move the EMI Shield and Control board

❐ Step 4: Remove the Field Snubber board and existing Field SCR

module

❐ Step 5: Install the Field Snubber board and new Field SCR module

❐ Step 6: Install the EMI Shield and Control board

❐ Step 7: Replace the protective covers and document the change
