6 PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame C Switching Power Supply Circuit Board

3. Disconnect the cable from connector XSW on the Switching Power

Supply board (see Figure 1 on page 5

for location) and lower the

Control EMI shield until it rests on the drive chassis.

Important: If the drive is not in a vertical position, the Control EMI

shield will not stay open without a means of restraint.

4. Disconnect the cables from connector XA and XUV on the Switching

Power Supply board (see Figure 1 on page 5

for location).

5. If present, disconnect the jumper from terminals SA-SB (see Figure

1 on page 5 for location).

Important: Be sure to replace the jumper between terminals SA-SB if

using 115V AC control input power when installing a new

Switching Power Supply board.

Remove cable

Disconnect cables and wiring
