2 PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B Field Circuit Board

What You Need to Do

The Field board is located below the Control board and Control EMI shield

and the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply boards in the upper

left corner of the drive chassis.

To install the Field circuit board modules:

❐ Step 1: Remove power from the drive

❐ Step 2: Remove the protective covers

❐ Step 3: Remove the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply

boards

❐ Step 4: Remove the existing Field circuit board

❐ Step 5: Install the new Field circuit board

❐ Step 6: Install the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply

boards

❐ Step 7: Replace the protective covers and document the change
