Creating a Sample Application

Data Entry (Screen 40)

1. Press the [F8] function key to start a new screen.

The screen prompts you for a new screen number.

2. Type 40 and press [Return].

The screen clears the previous display and prompts you to enter a

screen type.

3. Highlight Data Entry Screen and press [Return].

4. Enter the following data in the display window:

Enter 4 spaces, type Enter 60 to and press [Return]

Enter 2 spaces, type simulate an alarm and press [Return]

Enter 4 spaces, type Advisor: 0 and press [Return]

Enter 1 space, type Data Entry: and press [Return]

The screen should look like this.

Note: You will now enter a data entry register for screen 40.
