*This terminal makes no electrical connection to the Analog Rail printed circuit

board.

Step 10. For each of the four input channels, connect a shield wire

from the external hardware to the third terminal (terminals

3, 6, 9 and 12, respectively) on each channel. The shield

wire at the external hardware end of the cable should be

connected to the source reference point. See figure 3.2.
