bit member addressing by bit address:
optional syntax

F File type:
T = Timer
C = Counter
R = Control
nnn
(optional) File number:
Timer: 4, 9 – 255 decimal
Counter: 5, 9 – 255 decimal
Control: 6, 9 – 255 decimal
For direct driver communication, timer, counter,
and control file types use the default file number
if the file number is absent. The default numbers
are 4 (timer), 5 (counter), and 6 (control).
