CF01EN to CF04EN: enable of the counter with coil status = 1.

Memory Requirement of the Frequency Counter

The frequency counter function block requires 40 bytes of memory plus 4

bytes per constant on the function block inputs.

Retention

The frequency counter does not retain actual values, as the frequency is

re-measured continuously.
