MULTIPLEFUNCTIONSNOT ALLOWED Multiple functionsarenot allowed.

MULTIPLESPINDLECONFIGURATIONERROR Each multiplespindle musthave a servoboard identifiedin AMPtoindicateto whichboardthe

spindleisconnected. The spindle mustbe included in the number-of-motorsAMPparameterfor

theboard the spindleison.

MUST ASSIGN TOOL NUMBER FIRST In randomtool,anattempt wasmadeto customize a tool beforethe toolnumberwas assigned.

MUST BEIN (AUTO) Itis necessaryto placethecontroli n auto mode toperformthe requestedoperation.

MUST BEIN(AUTO) OR (MDI) Itisnecessaryto place thecontrol in Autoor MDImode to performtherequestedoperation.

MUST BEIN(CYCLE STOP) Itis necessary to place the control in cycle stopstatetoperform therequestedoperation. The

MUST BEIN E-STOP OR CYCLE STOPPED It is necessarytoplace thecontrolin E-Stopor cycle stop state to performthe requested

operation. Placethe controlin E-Stopby pressing the<E-STOP>button. Place thecontrol in

cycle stop state by pressing the <SINGLE BLOCK> button. Simply pressing <CYCLE STOP>

will not guaranteethe controltobe in cycle stop mode. Most likely a cycle stoprequestwhi le

executing a programwi l l place thecontrolin cycle suspend mode. Ifyou getthis error using the

CALCfunction it indicatesyou maybe asking thecalculator function toaccessa paramacro

variable(using the# sign)when a program isexecuting. You can not useaparamacrovariable

# signinacalculator functionwhen any partprogramis executing orsuspended.
